We’ve all heard of Ofcom, but what do they actually spend their days doing? An awful lot, as it turns out.
We were commissioned by Spy Studio to write a script for a 90-second filmlet that showcases the important work that goes on behind the scenes at the communications regulator. Created during the pandemic, filming new material was out of the question, so the video cleverly splices existing footage and stock imagery, with Spy handling the storyboarding, and motion specialists Marshall & Broom pulling the whole thing together.
